Nocturnal Adoration Society
The Nocturnal Adoration Society holds a monthly vigil the First Friday (generally) of every month beginning with Exposition at 10:00 p.m. on Friday evening and concluding with Benediction at 8:00 a.m. the following Saturday morning.
Anyone interested in joining the Nocturnal Adoration Society is invited to attend the Introductory Session at the back of the church starting at 9:30 p.m. on the Friday’s nights of our vigils. During the session you will be provided with a brief history of the Society as well as general details such as membership levels and our group rotation schedule. You are then invited to participate in the first hour’s vigil beginning at 10 p.m, and immediately experience an hour of “keeping watch with Him” that same evening.

Members of the Nocturnal Adoration Society:
- Respond faithfully to Christ’s invitation to keep watch with Him, as at the Garden of Gethsemane.
- Deepen our personal and fraternal experience of communion with Jesus in the Eucharist.
- Give living witness to Jesus’ Real Presence in the Eucharist, our source of Charity for others and unity for the Church and the world.
- Direct our prayers in the name of the Church and of our community, particularly for the intentions of our Holy Father, our Diocesan Bishop, and our Pastor.
Members are assigned to one of 10 groups. Each group is scheduled for a one hour vigil (10:00 to 11:00, 11:00 to 12:00, 12:00 to 1:00, etc.) that rotates monthly to the next later hour, except for Group 10 which is always assigned the 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. vigil on Saturday morning.
